The Villa

Driving through the gates of the exclusive Encantada Resort, Kissimmee you'll feel your worries just melt away as you immerse yourself in the idyllic, tranquil surroundings of your very own private vacation villa. Perfect peace is yours yet you're just a two minute stroll from the prestigious Encantada Resort Clubhouse with its fabulous shared facilites - and less than 20 minutes' drive from all of Orlando's incredible attractions. We weren't kidding when we said our Villa is perfectly-placed!

Newly-constructed and luxuriously-furnished, the fully-airconditioned, three-bedroom Villa is your home for the duration of your holiday. Settle in and enjoy all it has to offer including:

Spacious open plan living and dining area

Relax and unwind in the cool of your private, open plan living and dining area, overlooking the pool area. Read a book, enjoy a sociable meal with friends or family, play a board game or catch up with your favourite movies or TV shows. In other words, feel at home!

Private, heated pool

Whether you want to relax by its side or take a cooling dip in it, your screened, private pool, which isn't overlooked by adjacent properties, is easily reached – simply step through the patio doors that lead from your lounge.

Patio furniture, pool towels and a child safety screen are supplied.

Pool heating is optional and available for a modest additional charge of £10 per day (UK), and $20 per day (USD). During the months of October to April, pool heating is recommended but the choice is yours.

Space to play

At the rear of the Villa there's a large, grassy area that's perfect for children to play safely in. Supervision is child's play for you, too – just keep an eye on things from your lounger by the pool!

Comfort for everyone

The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two additional twin rooms, with access to a separate family bathroom, can comfortably sleep six adults and are located on the second floor of the Villa up a short flight of stairs.

Fresh bed linen and towels are supplied and you can control your room's temperature with the air conditioning so restful sleeps are just another thing to look forward to during your vacation! A hairdryer is provided in both the master ensuite and family bathrooms.

There's also a convenient toilet/restroom on the first floor of the Villa.

Kitchen

If your vacation isn't complete without cooking your favourite home-made dishes, the modern, fully-equipped kitchen will have you feeling right at home. But, equally, if eating out every day is a must-include treat during your time off, you can just use the American style fridge-freezer with built-in ice machine to keep your poolside drinks ice-cold and your snacks fresh. There's a cooker, microwave and that all-important dishwasher to give you more time to relax.

Laundry room

You'll find a family-size Washer, separate Dryer, ironing board and iron in the utility room.

Entertainment

Televisions are provided in each room and cable TV is available throughout. In the living area, you'll also find a DVD player and games console, with a small selection of family films and games.

There is a telephone in the Villa. Local calls are free.

Baby care

Keeping baby safe and comfortable will improve everyone's holiday experience so remember that you can request a travel cot, highchair and stroller.

Keyless entry system

The Villa has a secure and easy-to-operate keyless entry system so all you need to carry around with you is the entry number for the keypad.

Peace of mind

A representative from our Villa Management Company will be in touch with you shortly after arrival to ensure everything is in place and, should there be any problems with the Villa during your stay, you can contact their 24hr helpline for efficient assistance.
