What are the closest airports to the Villa?

Why should we book our vacation villa direct with the owner when we can book it through a travel company?

Good question. Prices of villas booked directly with the owners are generally lower than those quoted through travel companies who can add a percentage to the rental rates for the convenience of them making the booking on your behalf. The price quoted on our site is per villa, regardless of occupancy. We do not charge extra for under occupancy and will not exaggerate prices for other services e.g. pool heating. |
Where will I pick up the keys for the villa?

The villa has a secure, easy-to-operate keypad entry system, no keys are required. Arrangements will be made prior to your departure to supply you with the information you need to gain entry to the villa on arrival. You will also be provided with an emergency number for the local management company, who are there to assist you, should you encounter any problems. |
Will we need to rent a car for our stay?
|
Yes, we would recommend car hire for your stay. If it is your first time in Orlando you may want to consider hiring satellite navigation equipment, also, which is an option offered by every car hire company. However, do bear in mind that all the major theme parks and attractions are very well sign-posted and local maps are available in plentiful supply. |
Do we need to bring bed linen and towels?

No. The villa will have fresh bed linen and towels available for you on your arrival. This means you'll have plenty of room in your suitcase to take home some shopping bargains! |
What if anything goes wrong with the villa during our stay?

There is a property management company on site to help you with any problems and they have a 24hr helpline which you will be able to use to contact them should anything arise. This is highly unlikely as the property is extremely well maintained but at least you have peace of mind that any issues will be dealt with efficiently. |
How close to the villa are the Disney Theme Parks?

Very close! We are 15 minutes' drive from the main Disney Parks - Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios & Disney's Animal Kingdom. No long car journeys with children constantly asking 'Are we there yet?' |
Which other theme parks are close by?

In just 25 minutes you can be enjoying the delights of SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, Aquatica water-park, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. |
Are there plenty of things to do in the Encantada Resort?
|
This is one of the most prestigious clubhouses in the area with amenities to suit all ages. The Encantada Clubhouse has a relaxing bar, cyber-cafe, exercise facilities and a games room. With outdoor facilities such as two large communal pools (one with zero depth entry for children), two jacuzzis, a children's play area plus a Lakefront Gazebo where you can enjoy catch and release fishing, there is something for all the family. |
